I had to read many a film theory and criticism book throughout grad school and this was the most pleasurable to read - bar none. Whether you make films or simply want to learn more about the explanations of concepts like mise-en-scene, this book is a staple you will continue to go back to for reference.
Very nice material and looks awesome!! Only problem was the delivery. Said if we ordered by a certain day that it would be here in time for Christmas. We didn’t get it until a week after.
